Swiss Colony sent us a shipment, containing mostly perishable foods, that we never ordered totaling over $400! After discovering this fraudulent order, we immediately contacted customer service at Swiss Colony and explained that this was fraud and that we never placed said order. Since the charge did not appear on our credit card, we inquired about the payment method for this fraudulent order and were told that it was charged to our Swiss Colony account. We explained that we do not have a Swiss Colony account and requested the customer service representative to verify that we have no account. Upon checking, she determined that, although Swiss Colony created an account without our permission, there was no data in that account, no payment method, identification, NOTHING except our name and address. After explaining to the representative that we live in a remote area well over 30 miles from the closest donation facility, we requested Swiss Colony to have their courier pick up this fraudulent order and have it returned to Swiss Colony. Even so, we received a rude email the next day ordering us to drive the 60+ mile round trip to donate the order, obtain a receipt on official stationary and mail it back to Swiss Colony. Only then would they even consider not charging us for this fraudulent order.
At almost 80 years of age I feel that it is not only unfair, but irresponsible and illegal of Swiss Colony to force me to spend the time, energy and money to drive the 60+ miles and spend that money on gasoline all for Swiss Colony's screwup.
After this experience, I suggest that anyone looking for the type of merchandise Swiss Colony offers, look elsewhere. Do not purchase anything from this horrible company.

Back on March 25th I ordered a dining table and six dining chairs from Amish Outlet Store. At the time of the order I was informed that there would be a significant wait since my order was custom. Somewhat longer waits are standard for custom furniture and I was aware of that fact and was willing to accept the wait. We finally received our dining set that, to our delight, arrived some three weeks earlier than originally promised. The entire dining set is simply FABULOUS! After going over the entire set carefully I was stunned to realize that there is not a single detectable flaw anywhere on the table or on any of the chairs. Further, what is not mentioned on the Amish Outlet Website is the incredible mechanical engineering that went into the design of this table. The finish is so gorgeous we can't help but run our hands across the set as we walk by. This is not just furniture, Rather it is wood artwork at its finest. This solid oak dining set is truly an heirloom made to last for generations. I have never seen woodwork of this quality or elegance in any local furniture store. WOW!
When we ordered our dining set back in March, Ryan was incredibly patient and helpful. He clearly answered all questions and it became clear he was trying to direct me to the wood, design and stain colors I would appreciate most. Fortunately I ended up following his good advice and, upon receiving our dining set, realized how happy I was to have accepted his advice.
Finally, it would not matter how good a product is if the delivery was not of the same peerless quality. Here again the delivery was indeed peerless. Rather than use commercial couriers, Amish Outlet Store uses its own delivery. The delivery person, Meno, literally drives across country to personally deliver and set up the furniture. The furniture is packed exceptionally well and Meno handles each piece as the precious art it is.
In short, I can't say enough good things about Amish Outlet Store. So let me end this review with a gigantic THANK YOU to Ryan, the incredible wood artists who made my dining set, and to the staff at Amish Outlet Store. You are simply peerless!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It took over 6 weeks for my order to arrive and during that time I sent their customer service 4 email inquiries that ALL went unanswered. The clock finally arrived a couple of days ago only for me to discover, after installing the 2 AAA batteries, that it was defective. The display was just totally dead. I sent them yet a 5th email and again no response from this horrible company.
DO NOT SHOP AT 4ALARMCLOCKS.COM. They are just a bunch of crooks.

We accidentally crack the screen on our laptop. After searching the web and calling a number of other vendors, who told me that they couldn't guarantee they would send the correct part, I found laptop screen who had the replacement for the exact HP laptop we have.
Laptop Screen's price was very competitive and it arrived at my front door in just two days. It was the EXACT replacement part so that I was able to install it in five minutes without any problem at all. The quality of the display is better than the original screen as the original screen has a few dead pixels and the screen Laptop Screen sent me seems perfect.
