I was very impressed with the way I was treated. I used an attorney in the past, who didn't seem to want to help me much. He seamed to just want to get a paycheck. My experience with Mr. Mat Reinstein was quite the opposite. He was extremely thorough, professional & helpful. The apple store is a lot of help when I have problems with my iphone. Usually everything is working fine, but if I need help they help me out.
