Absolute rubbish and fail miserably with their guarantees, then after taking money up front make you wait ages for refund. Still waiting for mine.

I psid a subscription to zoosk on 13th September 2015 and when I tried to log in on 15th September 2015 it had been blocked by a zoosk administrator with no forewarning or reason for doing so. They should be prosecuted. I emailed them several times to refund my money and have just been ignored. If anyone knows of the legal body I need to go to and report this can you please put their details on here.
