I ordered something from another site. Joss & Main advertised a fantastic price on the same item. I canceled my order with the other site... and placed an order with Joss & Main. Late the next day I receive an email from Joss & Main... sorry... but the price / description we posted was a mistake... we are sending you the item anyway... if you keep it you can have 20%off. I complained... do they not stand behind what they post? Well the customer service was horrible... "they were right I was wrong"... and because I complained they removed me from their email list... are you kidding me? You advertise an item... you don't have anyone proof your posts... then I as a customer get the punishment... really? I called the other company... 6 days have past now... not only did they reinstate my order... they gave me the original price I had ordered it at... which was cheaper than it was listed currently... I am glad I found something I love(which is Joss & Main's tag line)... I am happy that I found it at One Kings Lane... because Joss & Main can't be bothered with customer service. I have ordered many items from Joss & Main... this is the first trouble I have had... and when I complained... they removed me from their site... really?
