Ordered a towel set on 11/22 and tried tracking many times. Contacted shipping company and they said I had to go through sender because, while the shipment was given a tracking number, they couldn't see it anywhere. When I did, they told me that they had oversold this item and didn't have a towel set for me. So, over 45 days later, I had to contact them to get this information instead of them having a max they could sell. I have not had negative experiences with purchasing groupons that are a e-gift certificate and will NEVER again buy an actual product on here. Then, when they refunded me, they told me they added Groupon Bucks to my account. AS IF I want to buy again from them anytime soon. I will say, when I told them that was completely unsatisfactory, they did change their tune and give me a credit card reimbursement. Still, an F for them for not telling me they didn't have my product and immediately refunding me (or, better yet, not selling items they didn't have).
