My husband order me 6 corsets 2 days before Valentines day and also paid an extra 30 dollars for the expedited rate shipping so I would receive it in 3-7 business days. It has now been 13 days and have been trying to get ahold of them and of course like everyone else has said the phone number is FAKE and you cant send an email without a tracking number. And what do you know, I never received a tracking number when I ordered online. I have been reading reviews all day and have seen nothing but bad reviews. I AM SO MAD THAT I DIDN'T READ THESE BEFORE I ORDERED! Always read reviews before you order from these sites. I recommend JustFab. They are legit to the fullest! I will not stop posting reviews every where I go and telling people my experience with these thieves until I received my money back or my 6 corsets I ordered!
Yes I want to cancel and be refunded. I think it's rediculious that I need to prove who I am. Who would honestly be asking about my order other than me who ordered it. I want a full refund and the $30 for expedited shipping!
UPDATE 3/12/2015:
So they finally contacted me and apologized for pretty much stealing my money and I did get my full refund today on my card and they offered to give me 300 points, I guess to use on they're site. I turned down the points and told them hat I wouldn't be using they're company again. They did say one thing that I want everyone to know since this will be my last review on them. Before I asked for my refund they wanted my to send them a picture of myself to prove who I was before they would send the items. That I think is ridiculous because if I had used someone else's card they would have heard about it obliviously. I still do not recommend this company, but at least I got my refund, so thank you for that
