I am having a hard time getting in contact with ANYONE from sammydress to find out why my daughters purchase has not been recieved. She baought it with my card Sept 11. She still has yet to recieve it Cannot get through on the phone and no replies to my "tickets" I send. My daughter wants to know where her Christmas gifts are? How can I get in contact with this company? Cause, right now it looks like they stole $15 from a 10yr old!
