I ordered a $25 dress in early September. It arrived in late October, jammed into a small package. It was horribly wrinkled, and badly sewn. The seam that is supposed to go under my bust was almost to my neck and the left arm seam had not been completed. I am in the middle of getting my money back with PayPal. I requested a full refund + the cost of the return shipping. They offered me a $5 partial refund today which I declined.
