I just had the worst experience with the "customer service" department at CB2. We purchased their white Terrazzo OUTDOOR coffee table in April 2022, was delivered in June 2022. The coffee table was delivered for and extra $119, pick up was not an option for us. The table was delivered with a small chip which after waiting months for delivery we didn't feel is was a big enough deal to wait several more months for a replacement. At the time of purchase I don't recall covers for this table being available. They are now available but no where when you go to buy this table does the website tell you, "you must also purchase our cover to ensure the integrity of the table." I just now went through the online process of purchasing this table. The cover shows up only in the "items you might like" area and it's only in second place. The care instructions say to cover it, which I did (or move it indoors which is unreasonable for a 400 lbs table). I covered it as I do all my outdoor furniture in the winter and other inclement weather. When I went to uncover my outdoor furniture recently I was shocked and heartbroken to see the table falling apart…tons of chips. I attempted to glue a few (4 pieces) of the chips back on (of of the several…guessing 50-70 pieces). When I realized this was an impossible task I decided to contact CS. That was a total joke…they basically use anything you say, take it out of context and basically tell you too bad, it's totally your fault and we will do nothing to help you. The only thing they offered was to help find a place for us to pay for repairs. The style of their items are good but they lack quality and CB2 doesn't stand behind their products. I'm not the only customer with this exact same issue. One would think they would see a pattern here and do something beneficial about it. I feel over a barrel here. I loved the look of the table and we searched high and low for something nice for our outdoor space. Now our table is junk…literally in pieces. I am devastated and am feeling totally betrayed.

Btw - when people leave reviews, CB2 tells the customer how sorry they are and to reach out but as I just found out…that's total lip service.

Updated - CS just emailed me offering $100 off and an additional %10 off with free shipping. While this is a step in the right direction (hence 2 stars rather than one as I originally gave, I'm not sure this is adequate considering the facts. You can decide. I thinking on it still.

For years I wanted an infrared sauna and had heard that Sunlighten saunas were one of the best. When I received some unexpected money I decided to pull the trigger. My salesperson, David, was very informative and friendly. I think it's important to mention that Sunlighten's pricing is not transparent which to me is never a positive… Your salesperson will work to get you the "best deal" while also trying to up sell you on extras like acoustic resonance therapy, seat backs, bamboo towels/wraps/pillows, cleaning supplies and sweat cream. I went all in! I am finding that I don't use much of the extras.

The first unit I order was lost in shipping so it took about 2 months to receive another unit. I learned later through technical support that I received an older model which now bums me out because I the amount I paid…over 6K for the mPulse.

Since receiving my mPulse there have been many issues. The power box was replaced, the tablet was replaced, and a heater was replaced. Mostly this was a fairly easy process to get help with but now I have another heater out and apparently these are on back order with no expected date for delivery. It's been months. Very frustrating! I'm not using my sauna much now because it doesn't reach the desired temperature and I have to warm it up for over an hour, usually 2 hours which seems to be a waste of energy.

The tablet comes loaded with Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, HBO, Amazon Video and Hulu. I can only reliably watch Netflix and HBO.

As I write this I am feeling regret for purchasing this unit.

I spent weeks and countless hours researching sofas and loved the design of their Warren. I ordered several samples to decide on the fabric. I picked the Performance Tweed Salt Chaise Sectional. Online the performance tweed states "is a handsome woven fabric with a soft, velvety texture. Its multi-tone weave offers beautiful dimension. Sunbrella yarns make this fabric liquid repellent, fade resistant and easy to clean." Sadly the construction of this sofa is meh. The fabric is off white and there isn't a liner underneath it so you can see the wood underneath. The fabric is not easy to clean. It's just my husband and I here plus I am very clean and even cover 90% of the sofa to protect it but the fabric gets dirty easily and as I just stated, doesn't clean easily. I reached out to the company and they told me to get the sofa professionally cleaned. I specifically chose this fabric because it was supposed to be easy to clean. Pretty bummed that after all my time and effort to pick the perfect sofa I still ended up choosing badly.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure to inquire about how the product is constructed. Because I chose an off-white fabric a liner should have been put underneath the fabric. Be aware that even though they state their fabrics are easy to clean, they are not. I’ve tried with no luck. Apparently I will need to get the couch professionally cleaned regularly. Had I known I would have chosen differently.

The bad reviews are accurate. Sadly I looked at the reviews after I made my purchase. I ordered 2 pair of shoes prompted by seeing an Instagram ad. Their shoes don't come in half sizes so I ordered a 9, I wear an 8.5. I received one pair about a month after I ordered them. They were too big so I returned them and canceled the other pair that I hadn't received yet. I was credited for the pair I canceled but still haven't received my credit for the returned shoes that were delivered back on 10/30/22 via USPS (I have delivery confirmation). I keep emailing customer service and get excuse after excuse for why the refund hasn't been processed. The process is ridiculous, it shouldn't be this difficult! At this point it seems that Oliver Cabell intentionally tries to keep your money. They may have a legit store in Soho, NYC but their online store is terrible. Please save yourself time and money…there are plenty other online stores that have a reputable business.

Tip for consumers:
Unless you know for sure Oliver Cabell size shoes will fit you don’t order online because the return process is severely broken.

Lesson learned the hard way. I found this company via Instagram ads and they have a lot of followers plus the pictures of ‘their' items look amazing. Also their website looked professional and they promise "100% satisfaction". So when they had a 50% off sale my husband and I decided to buy 3 pendant lights and a large spider chandelier. On December 29th, 2022 we informed via email that part of our order was delivered to our locked mailbox. However when I went to check, nothing had been delivered. In the email delivery notification the company asks you to contact them if there is a problem with delivery so I did just that. Noosh simply provided "proof of delivery" from USPS. The perplexing part about this issue is that I receive daily informed delivery from USPS and on December 29th, 2022 no packages were shown as being delivered nor were any upcoming. I kept trying via email, as this is the only way you can reach customer service but I kept getting the same response that 2 of the pendants had proof of delivery. No other help was offered. I did per their request put in 2 missing package searches through USPS. To date I have received no updates and no 2 pendants. On January 6th, 2022 I received another email notification of delivery from the company and this time my USPS informed delivery showed the same tracking number as being delivered and indeed I did receive this 1 pendant. The quality of this pendant did not match the pictures and I want to return it which is at my own expense. I will mention too that the link for the tracking of the spider chandelier on their email took me to a Pitney Bowes website and not the actual carrier. After some investigation on my part I figured out that it was being sent from Alibaba in China and hopefully will arrive sometime in the next couple weeks. The pendants were also sent from Alibaba. So it appears they source their items from Alibaba, anyone who know about Alibaba understands that it's a cheap place to source products from Chinese manufacturers. Not that this is something that isn't done often by many businesses, especially Amazon but typically with Amazon business will buy in bulk and send to an Amazon warehouse. Drop shipping from China isn't a reliable way to send goods to customers. This would have been nice to know upfront. Noosh offers no delivery assurance or delivery insurance. I desperately tried reaching out to Noosh for help and tried my best to explain my situation but I kept getting the same response…sorry for your problem but the 2 pendants were shown as ‘delivered'. Basically I'm now left to deal with USPS on my own…Noosh assumes no responsibility and offers zero assistance. I cannot tell you enough how frustrating it is to not receive your order properly and feel like there is nothing that can be done. Ordering from this company is a big risk, one I caution anyone who values their money from doing. So a lesson I once learned but forgot with this company is to vet them, especially any company who advertises on Instagram, no matter how many followers they have. A big red flag is a company who has no number or address on their website. The promise of 100% satisfaction is an illusion and designed to give you a false sense of security. Buy from this company at your own risk is what their website should actually say as this is now my experience.

Update: Noosh reached out to me to offer a refund for my order which was tremendously appreciated so I have adjusted my star rating from 1 to 4 stars. My concern is that USPS shipping from China is unreliable and that the products are less substantial than you expect based on their website photos.

We moved into new build home with no window coverings, so I was on the search for window treatments for most the windows in my home. I searched/got estimates from both local and online businesses. I stumbled across a blog that mentioned they used Blindster for their window coverings and it was stated that she was pleased with this company and that they had great prices. I did a bit of my own research and eventually decided to give this company a try. The first room I ordered for was our master bedroom. I ordered Roman blinds. I was very pleased with the amount of options and fabrics they had to choose from and their prices were very reasonable. I pulled the trigger and order 4 blackout Roman shades which I am pleased with. Since then I have ordered window coverings for my entire house, a combination of Roman and solar shades. The quality is great, even compared to local window treatment companies who are much more pricey. What truly sets this company apart is their customer service, it's top notch and I truly appreciate this! They are prompt, helpful and deliver on their promises. I am now a loyal customer and tell all my friends and family about them. During my process to obtain window treatments there were a few delays and a broken shade but Blindster makes it right for their customers. I'm thrilled I found them! Thank you Blindster for your products and commitment to quality customer service.

I was hesitant to purchase from Ruggable based on their reviews but fell in love with one of their Jonathan Adler designs, the black and ivory ink drop. After searching high and low on every site I could find, I decided to go ahead and take my chances and buy the rug. I also bought a small door rug. I was extremely disappointed with both rugs. They look cheap. Appears that the pattern is printed on a blank ‘canvas'. The colors are not at all like the photos shown and the ivory part had a blue tint. These rugs may be good for college kids, apartment living or to be put somewhere you aren't going for a polished look. Otherwise save yourself the $25 pee item return fee and don't be seduced by the cool designs. Also, the pads you put underneath are SUPER NOISY…who wants that!?

Tip for consumers:
Have low expectations and be prepared for a noisy carpet.

I placed an order for several items with this company the beginning of April this year and to date only received one of the items. I have spent months trying to get customer service to help resolve this issue with zero success. This company keeps telling me the same thing, to contact USPS about my package, which I did. The package was sent back to the company. At this point the right thing to do would be to either resend the shipment, refund or provide store credit. I have emailed and Facebook messaged the company several times. Nothing meaningful ever happens. And if this happens to you dont think you can dispute the charge with your credit card company because Behind Hemlines will state that the item is held up at customs... which gets them off the hook. This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you buy from here youre taking a big risk. Sadly even though their clothing is cute they cannot be trusted. Order *******.

My husband and I both needed a new pillow so when I saw the Night pillow on sale through Haute I looked on the company's website and tried to find reviews for these pillows that normally cost $150 a pop! The reviews looked good plus the company entices you with the anti-anting angle. So I pulled the trigger, my husband and I both have one now (you will be shocked at the size of these pillows as they are pretty small). At first the pillows were great; comfortable and my hair looked better after waking. However now, two months later, these pillows... well... suck! Super flat with no support. Now I have to stack in on another pillow just to get enough support between my head and the bed. I think the black silk pillowcase is overrated too, one could simply buy a black silk pillowcase for a pillow that actually provided support. Even buying a set of these pillows for $215 rather than $275 was still pricey and now that the initial pizazz is gone... I have a pillow hangover and regret my decision. Sad to realize that I can still be fooled by marketing hype. Boohoo! Caution advised!

I shop here on Overstock frequently because they offer good products/value and the customer service is great. If you have to return something they make it pretty painless to do so. Great place to find area rugs. My only complaint is that sometimes it is hard to find what I am looking for because of the sheer amount of products the carry and the search function of the website seems a little wonky sometimes.

I wish I would have thought to look at sitejabber before I purchased from this company (BTW - the same as Rosegal). They lure you in with nice looking, cheap clothing... If you buy from them you WILL learn the hard way like I did. What you get is not what you see and good luck returning it - will not happen. You might as well throw your money down the toilet because that's what you'll want to do with ALL the items you receive. PLEASE DO NOT BUY! Don't learn the hard way!

I was looking for fabric to make black out shades for our bedroom. I found the Cobbler Way Blackout which was $37.50 a yard. After I received the fabric and dove into my project more I needed more fabric. When I went to re-order I was told that the fabric was out now. OMG I thought but luckily I was informed there may be another fabric (Tonga Ebony) that is similar enough to what I previously ordered and it was only $12.95 a yard. When I received the new fabric it was EXACTLY the same as the $37.50 fabric. Had I seen the same fabric before when I originally bought I certainly would have gone for the less expensive option. The less expensive fabric did not show up in my search. I emailed and called to see if they would be willing to adjust the first order to a more reasonable price. No such luck, I was "lucky" that I was able to get the same fabric. This company has marginal customer service at best. I will not be shopping with them again. There are too many other online fabric stores that allow for returns and customer satisfaction is a priority.

I purchased a City deal for Beatnik Foods. Even with a deal the food was expensive! However, because it was organic and grass fed meat I was willing to this company out. Sadly, I was very disappointed with the quality of the meat products. The red meet was super tough and not flavorful. I was VERY careful to cook them properly, especially because of the price. One of the chicken breast arrive with a tear in the plastic packaging. The container of barbeque sauce was slightly bigger than a condiment package you get a restaurants. I was so disappointed that I called their customer service line to express my feelings. They appeared shocked, as though I was the first unsatisfied customer. However, I looked around for reviews on Beatnik and I certainly was not the first... probably not the last either. Anyhow, the company gave me a $50 "credit" so I decided I would try to find some items we could use. The problem was is that the credit is set up so that the more you spend the cheaper the shipping. Even with using the $50 all towards food the shipping was around $17. If I only ordered 1 or 2 items the shipping got up to around $39... crazy. I decided to cut my losses and not buy from them again.

The quality is so-so, but I guess that is to be expected with the price. I've had some balling up on some pieces. The sizing is not consistent. I am still trying to find a brand to replace Lululemon... this isn't the one.

The most frustrating however is that all the items I wanted are out-of-stock! Not good! :(
