I booked a car from Hong Kong that I needed when I got off my flight in Auckland 12hours later, Carflexi told me I would not receive confirmation for at least a day so I cancelled my booking. Unfortunately I had to complete the booking before I got given that information. I got charged for that cancellation even though I had never received confirmation of a car! I wrote to them and they were unyielding, they lied and stole essentially.
