I purchased an item from Turquaz Linen via Walmart.com site worth $15. I did not fit me so I had to return it. First of all, Walmart did not accept it because it was a market place item. Then I somehow got hold of Turquaz Linen after several tries and told them I had to return. So they only shared the address I can return the item to. However, as it was mentioned in the WM website that the shipping and return were both free for the customer. Turquaz Linen did not agree to it and I had to pay $4 just to ship it back to them (by the way, this was the cheapest rate I found on USPS). After almost 3 weeks I got a refund from WM of only $10. I tried contacting Turquaz Linen once again for not refunding my entire amount back. After a week I got a response that says there are also restocking fees of $5 so that amount was also deducted. So basically I paid $9 ($4+$5) for absolutely nothing!. This is shocking. I wonder why anyone would buy from them if they learn about this policies! Greatly disappointing!

I made a wrong purchase, so had to sell one ticket back. They said nothing can be done or cancel the order except posting for a resale, where the money back is not guaranteed. Later after a lot of hassle, they gave me the store credit. However, for the remaining ticket, they charged me about $230 (including taxes) each, for a concert ticket worth price $49.50. The unfortunate part is, even when I am trying to re-sell this ticket, no one is getting interested as the seat location does not justify the high price of the ticket. Moreover, the actual ticket price is mentioned on the ticket which is $49.50. And when I am requesting my buying price (i. E. $230), its been knocked down. How unfortunate! Who would believe something can happen like this with a registered website?

Who orders an items looking prior at the shipping and return policy? While buying, Wish.com charges shipping cost for every item, however small the item cost be (e. G for a $1 item too it has $1 shipping). And while returning every items, it does not cover the shipping cost. And the shipping address I was provided with was in Canada. Imagine how costly would it be to return every item there? A big chunk of my refund will go in that. So I decided not to return even if I did not like some of the items and keep them as it is, eventually going into the garbage.

Luxurygemshop.com - Horrible customer service. While paying the total was showing as $99. Later when I checked my account, it got deducted $112. When I contacted the customer service and asked for a refund of this additional $13, I was shockingly answered that anytime there can be a change of charges on the order, because it is being shipped internationally. I failed to understand how does that matter as USD 99 will be applicable only in US and even if it is shipping from elsewhere, when the converted charges are showing in USD, that amount is calculated in USD. There cannot be other way round. Also if there is any slight difference in conversion rate over a span of 2 days, that cannot lead to as big amount as $13. Anyway I feel strongly disappointed and I do not even know what to do or when it will reach. There is no place to track the package. I feel cheated and my money is wasted.

Dresslily.com Horrible customer service. Items do not match with the online pictures. Awful quality. I wanted to return the items, and get the refund. But could not contact anyone. I submitted two requests and no one got back to me. I checked the live chat and none was available for an entire 24 hours span. I would strongly discourage anyone to buy anything from here, and beware of this service!. All my money is wasted.
