I ordered bracelets from RoseWholesale back in early February of this. I needed them for a bridal shower in May. My shower is now this weekend and I still do not have the bracelets. They claim they were shipped on March 20th and can take up to 10-25 days to be delivered. We are WAY over that amount. The customer service told me "please don't worry, just wait some days". Unprofessional and the other merchandise I bought was crappy quality. I am hoping I can get my money back but am not holding my breath.
