I ordered back in DECEMBER 3 items (It is now almost March). I hadn't received them over a month later, so I decided to contact them. They told me they were sorry and resent the items to me. It has now been an additional month and I still hadn't received the package. They sent it to the United Arabs rather than United States. They stated that that was the address I had given, needless to say I know I didn't. Miraculously even though I shipped to my billing address, they still received their money. How was my bill charged if I didn't give the proper information? And how did they not receive these items stating that it was an invalid address before the fact? None of which makes sense. It should have been declined in the payment route.

Now they are telling me I have to reorder the items that are more expensive now, and wait for my refund until they get the products back. Awful customer service tactic. I haven't received my items in over two months, they were sent to the wrong place, and now you are telling me I have to reorder for a higher price and wait for a refund? That has got to be a joke.
