The quality is horrible, customer service is non-existent and there is really no point of trying to get a refund... you will get the run around. Such a disappointing mothers day gift, the look on my mom's face when she opened this was simply heartbreaking. Ive never felt so bad in my life and there are two other outfits coming. I will NEVER order from this place again, this was such a misrepresentation of product.
