I bought 2 coats from this site, only 1 has arrived. I ordered a size UK12, colour cream. I received a pale pink coat that my 13 yr old grand daughter can't get on she is a size 6. Have emailed 3 times and getting no reply. Have to admit the quality is very good but if you can't wear it, what's the point... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE...
