Terribile e experience. I buy two 3.6 mt fiber carbon rod and arrived two 3.0 mt not carbon rod (more short). I write a customer support but not refund me... after my contestation my account are cancelled so i can't view my order information. Good system for resolve the problem, are you sure?

Dear customer, thanks for your letter and i am extremely sorry for this inconvenience.
I checked for you, dear, it is out mistake that we didn't change the title to 3 M. But dear, you ask for 10 usd refund is too much for us, we also promise that refund 1\3 refund. But you can't agree.
How about you return to us and then we apply full refund to you ok?
