I purchased a blanket via Groupon, the order process and software were excellent, and when my blanket arrived it was beautiful except the background color was a lot brighter than on the software. (think mint green rather than a soft sage color). I emailed them and mentioned this and within 20 minutes they had emailed me back asking what they could do to fix the problem. Tyler was incredibly helpful and offered to replace the blanket, when I was concerned that the color might come out bright again we agreed to change it to a dark blue.
As it is for my mother and I am flying to the UK soon there was some concern it may not reach me in time, Tyler made my new order overnight delivery to fix that.
I am eagerly awaiting my order which I know will be beautiful.
I cannot believe the level of service from this company, especially as it was a groupon purchase. Five stars are not enough - Maureen
