I ordered 2 products from their website several months ago. I wait for 1 month, then email them. All I got is everything is gonna delay due to covid. Fine, I am nice enough to give them more time. Then, nothing happens. After months and months of waiting and emails without response, I finally got one from their customer service. And guess what I get after being understanding for the covid condition? IT'S LONG TIME AGO SO I CANNOT CLAIM IT AS A LOSS.
WTF, you told me to "understand the situation and let me wait for it", now you told me it is more than 60 days. This is def a fraud.

So today, I finally get the final words from them. They don't wanna refund me any money, not gonna provide me with any tracking. And tell me to deal with my credit card company. THIS IS A CRIME. Where I can report them? NEED HELP.
