This is my second review on this issue. I purchased this gown from DHGate for my granddaughters...
Hi Ma S! This is honey from DHgate Customer Service. We do understand that you are not happy with your order. From the day you have received the item you can actually opened the case right away so that you can get a replacement or refund if you are not satisfied with it, at the same time there's no dispute open for this order that's why it got closed already. We are giving our buyers time to open the case if they are not satisfied, you could have send us your complain about it sooner.
