I purchased five different coffee mugs from them. They all managed to be damaged. When I tried to send them back I discovered I would have to pay a shipping charge and restocking fee. I feel this is very unfair since they sent me damaged goods. I will never purchase from them again. Buyer beware these guys rip people off.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them. Go to Amazon they stand by all their products and have great customer service!!!
