I ordered shoes through JustFab months ago and they came in okay.
My problem is with the automatic sign up for a membership and their customer service. The first time I called the customer service rep tried to make it so they would not reimburse me for the membership charges of several months. After finally saying that I wanted to speak to someone who would ensure that I receive all of my money back the customer service rep finally told me they could credit the money back. Long story short I had to call back FOUR different times. It took 8 months for them to FINALLY reimburse me. The customer service reps always made excuses of why it was not going through.
I will never order from this company again because of the way they handle their customers/business. It is a shame that Fabletics is associated with them because now I will not order those products either.
