I ordered POWER BANK AND PERFUME but instead of receiving my orders Firefly Mobile was sent to me and in fact It was paid COD. I was so disappointed. I decided to return it, I followed the instructions on their website. In fact, I already sent it via LBC. I even sent the tracking number to Lazada but until now there's no response from them.It's been 8 days since I sent it to you Lazada. PLease pakinotify naman ako. I always check my gmail and phone expecting that you will send any notice but there's none. PLEASE DO AN URGENT ACTION WITH THIS. I always buy items on you LAZADA, please I don't deserve to be treated like this. I also observed that due to that instance, you are having a slow processing on my new order SPigen Armor CAse. Until now there is no order confirmation receipt. PLEASE BEAR WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU!
