Wish I had found & read this info before ordering from this company. Ditto on the experience trying to reach someone. Left messages. Sent 2 emails to the addresses they list in their receipts (*******@birkenstocks.sandals4less.com) and (*******@sandals4less.com)... both came back as undeliverable.
I will follow suit & ask credit card company to stop payment.
