“Who could possibly fit in these sandals?!?!?”

Bought two pairs of sandals after seeing a very convincing video. $50 deducted from my credit card quickly but when they arrived, they were the narrowest sandals I've ever seen/. Who could possibly fit in them? A card was included in the delivery saying if you weren't satisfied, you could return for a full refund. After several emails back and forth, they offered to have me keep the sandals and they'd refund $8. What?!?!? Then, they finally gave me an address to ship back, but it was going to cost more to ship than the sandals cost. Horrible horrible company. Nothing they say is true. Do not use.

Products used:
Bought Vionic type sandals that were completely unsatisfactory. Refund policy says 100% refund if not satisfied but offered only $5 refund, then $7, then $8. I paid almost $50 for the product. Shipping back item was going to cost more than the product.

Received the bill on my visa, but never got a packing list with my order. 2 shirts are extremely cheap quality, too small and there is no return address that I can ship back to (unless I bring it to a Chinese translator). Do NOT order from Dress Lilly. Never received a confirmation when I tried to place the order, so I didn't even think it went through until I received the package and got the bill.
