They response very fast, I love the website, I bought two dresses, although one of them was not exactly as I wanted to be like the picture, the material was off too but its fine
The other FITS PERFECTLY, but if ur tall person be sure to have it custome made am 5.2 and the length fits me perfectly

This website is a scam! I bought a dress it says in description was new, but it has so many flaws when it arrives, I opened a dispute on paypal they sent me free shipping label, and i sent the dress back to them, they accepted and they never refunded! They always say close the dispute so we can refund, though i told them that paypal clearly stated for me DONT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNLESS THE MONEYY IN UR ACCOUNT, but they kept insisting on that, they think that I dont know how paypal works :) the money is pending for a month, they dont have the money in their account how on earth it is "llitigious"
Now they have the dress and they have my money! Am so frustrated :) I just escalated the issue to paypal and I hope I will get back my money

So first a year and half ago, I made tom ford shoes purchase, it was delivred to me just fine and fast, few months later I ordered valentino shoes and bottega venta wallet and they were also delivred to me just fine, the delivery was fast and confirmation was fast too! I even began to think that bluefly is actually the best website to order from! I ignored what people said here. I thought they were lying. Anyway so couple months after every time i try to place my order there it just won't! I buy with my VISA Credit Card and one of these times they charged my MasterCard! I thought to myself it was weird that they did! I changedd my MasterCard to a new one, just to be in the safe side, couple weeks ago they had a valentino shoes that compeletly blow my mind I said to myself I must get it so I pulled the trigger I tried to purchase it I couldnt I tried 3 times, and I even called my cozn to order it for me by phone but then THANK GOD I changed my mind last min and I told her don't!
Next day, my VISA Credit Card company because there is about $1000 purchase made in INDIA! What! How! It turned out that bluefly they stole my credit card information and they took the money from my VISA purchase, and everytime I talk to them they dont reply to me they ignore my chat msgs! THEY ARE SCAM FOR REAL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

This is a scam website! They dont have clear shipping policy neither contact policy
They claim to answer questions within 24h but they dont
I placed my order on Thursday 30th july! Both dresses were in stock and the shipping cost is $45! It should be delivered to me within 3-5 business days
So I contacted them in their live chat after 24h asking them why they didn't ship my order the person who had answered me didn't even ask about my order number he/she just cliamed that ill get the tracking later that day!
Its been again 24H i sent multiple emails nobody has responded when i said i want to sue them for that they finally responded they said it is weekend over here and they cannot process my order as one of the dresses i order isnt their and they wanted to save me costom tax and definitely I'll receive my tracking later that day
I waited and waited i even mailed their manger the manger was very rude to me and said that I placed my order Thursday 30th after 2pm and totally ignored my question why they dont answer my repeated emails to them!
I told her I cannot see why this is important issue as today is the 4th day i palced my order and nothing has happened no order shipped so whats the difference if i placed it before 2pm
Again she ignored me and i sent so many emails i told them they r fraud company and nobody should order from them and i want a full refund not a store creidt
Their manger finally responded saying that this conversation is over and if didn't get the tracking by the end of the week they will refund me!
Who answer their customers like this! Like that rudeness they never mentioned that the dress is on some other place WTH and even if it is in another place it wont take more than 24h or 1 business day to ne delivered to be shipped out to me
But hell no! On 6 August finally I received tracking for DHL on the DHL website it says that DHL received my shipment information
And when DHL say that, that means they didn't get the dresses yet! To ship it only information
And today is 9th August the status of shipment on DHL didn't change!
Yeah and btw! They r located in China and they cliam that their dresses are authentic hopefully!
Save ur money and dont bother urself to order from them! And if u want proofs i can screen shot for u and send it
I spent $291 to get messed up service!

They lost my package and it cost me $445
It was spouse to be my anniversary gift to my husband
But they ruin my anniversary and they wont even refund me
They always want me to wait
They deserve to be sued! But am kind enough and i will give them sometime
