Bought a phone on Aliexpress.The camera or video did not work. They sent me instructions on how to solve this but this did not work either. They wont even reply to emails.So if you want a Smartphone with no camera or video go to Aliexpress.

Tip for consumers:
Dont buy on Aliexpress unless you want goods that dont work and then no refund.
