For an upcoming online store, Konga.com is working hard but there need to work harder.
I mean work harder by;
1. Delivery system (POD) is poor: A package should not exceed its specified time of delivery.
2. Damaged Product: My wrist watch was damaged by Konga.com and there was no replacement for it even after I laid complain.
3. Konga help Response is poor. You need to do something about that.
For upcoming store, a little kudos! To team Konga.
