Okay. I was so anxious when I found so many bad reviews of the website AFTER I had made a purchase. There were people saying they never receive their orders and even some reviews claiming fraudulent credit card payment system. Now I have finally received my order, but my experience with the whole thing especially customer service was a joke that I just won't bother having anything to deal with this site ever again. I purchased a jacket early January, resisting on making a big purchase since it was my first time there. I have to admit though, the items they have displayed do LOOK cute. After I made the payment, my credit card was successfully charged immediately, yet I heard nothing else. Not that day, not the next day, not even the next week. The status still said 'processing'. This was when I discovered plenty of unpleasant experiences and bad reviews of SheInside on a bunch of websites and fashion blogs. I then tried contacting them via their website on the twelfth day of nothingness, and still nothing. (I didn't expect delivery yet of course, but at least a clear status or update on my order, whether it has been shipped, or if at all). Two weeks on, I tried their online chat, where I spoke to 'Kevin' and he just kept saying 'dont worry your order will be shipped out soon' and that address label needed to be printed or something so that would take three to five days. What a joke. But I didn't mind waiting as long as they keep the promise. But a week later, still nothing, so I just decided to e-mail them, saying if they just keep ignoring my order which I had paid and they accepted, and decided not to ship anything in three days, just don't bother sending it at all, I just want my money back. I also said that their service is totally disappointing that I was sure I was not gonna shop there again. As I said, I don't mind if the actual delivery takes weeks, I know they ship from China, I am normally a very patient customer. But does it take seriously that long to process and ship it? Print the label address, like seriously? And they didn't even care to communicate let alone apologize for the delay. They just created these lame, unprofessional excuses. I am pretty sure they just grabbed pictures from other stores, and when there are orders, they will make the clothes from scratch. Like, searching for similar but not that close quality fabric. This explains the delays, and the quality. They should have mentioned whether the items are in stock, or customers have to wait for new batch to arrive or be produced, or whatever it is they are failing to do.
Anyways, after my last email attempt, they didn't reply until about three days later, when finally I found a shipping confirmation, saying 'dont worry dear your order has been shipped out'. Surprisingly, my order came in five days, which I was sure was an express shipping although I didn't ask for it, probably to make up for the delay. When I was just about to appreciate their kind gesture, if it was really what they did, I was made even more disappointed, bordering on angry, on what I saw (and, err, 'smelled'). Gosh. The quality was so bad, cheap, seams everywhere, on what seems to me like an 8-year old girl's jacket. On top of it all, it STINKS. Real bad. Like they just dipped the jacket into a bucket of rat's pee and left it overnight. I don't even have the energy to contact them anymore. It's just worthless. I just have to accept that I just paid a little under thirty dollars for some random people in China to prank me with an express shipping of stinky clothes. 'Thank you', She Inside. Not again.

Generally we only need 5-7 business days for processing.
It takes longer because of the New year holiday and other reasons like printing labels etc. And we also need time to customize them from the factory.
Hope you can understand.
About these same photos you mentioned, they are provided by our suppliers and we have no idea why they are the same as other stores.
Maybe you can tell us some of them so that we can check with our suppliers.
Please understand that sometimes difference between photos and real items cannot be fully avoid. But we will try our best to solve this problem.
You are our valuable customers, all our colleagues are sparing no efforts to help you solve your problem, to give you suggestion and to offer you better shopping experience than other stores.
Sorry that we let you down.

Reasons we used to explain the delay of your order are real instead of excuses.
Printing labels is not as easy as you imagined. We have numerous orders in our warehouse everyday, it’s difficult to print all of them with different addresses and names in a short time.
We regret leaving you such negative, unprofessional impression. But we are so happy that we have such honest customer like you to give us advice and to point out our mistakes or some other imperfect aspects.
We will enhance ourselves and won’t let you down again.
And so sorry to hear that the item cannot meet your requirement. We noticed that you mentioned many defects. Maybe you can take us some photos which can show these defects clearly so that we can check it with our factory.
After confirmation we will refund you full for any quality and size problem caused by us!
