I initiated an online complaint over a week and a half ago over a Keurig product that I ordered. It was not as described when I received it. Several times I have tried to escalate my complaint to s Supervisor because the Customer Service Rep was not directly addressing my concerns and giving me the run around. I still have not had my complaint escalated. I've been in Customer Service for over 25 years and I am appalled at the lack of accountability that BTR staff display. I have shopped here for several years and I am fed up. I won't be buying anything online any time soon!
