They remove perfectly legitimate but negative reviews even when you follow 100% of their Guidelines. They work for companies, not for candidates.

Stay away from these people. You will lose your money. They were charging me $16 to make an atm withdrawal and they couldnt explain to me wehre their fees came from. To keep sending me a copy and paste response to their pricing and fees page. The fee should have been $3 from my atm + $3.15 from their fees. So I ask them, where did the extra $10 come from and they sent me again to their pricing and fees page that only shows the $3.15 that I already explained to them in the original message. $#*!ing thieves. If I had the power, I would sue them. I keep asking them where did the damn $10 extra you are charging me coming from? And they wont answer. $#*! them. I'm using Transpay instead. MUCH BETTER service and they wont steal your money

Their customer support consists of emailing you automated responses. They dont bother to read your emails. And the phone customer support is even worse. They will lie to you to get you off the phone quickly. Stay away from PayPal. There are better services out there.

Of course it's good to get gigs for less than $100 but the customer service is beyond awful. I had a seller commit fraud and copyright infringement against me and I cant even cancel the order since the seller is given the option to deny the cancellation. So I have to PAY him for illegally defrauding me. Ive contacted support several times and no answer. It's been several days now.

MY ADVICE: File a PayPal dispute immediately to get your money back. Trust me when I tell you that Fiverr doesn't care about giving you your money back. Using PayPal to get your money back is your ONLY choice.
