Katty and me first met in April 2013 online on idateasia.com, after chatting for weeks on the phone we finally met up for dinner at my place and hit it off right away. If you're not, then you risk never seeing your hard earned money again if you make an online purchase with them, or set up an online layaway. They will gladly take your money to set up the layaway, tell you they'll kick you in the gonads with a $15 restocking fee if you cancel, the problem is, when you set up a layaway account, you're paying for nothing because they ALWAYS tell you the item is out of stock, that is of course AFTER you have made your last layaway payment! You get this sugary sweet email thanking you for your purchase, you're so pretty and no you don't look fat, which will immediately be followed by a barrage of emails (one for each of your layaway payments) that your order is cancelled with NO FURTHER INFORMATION. So after you dig through their website like a rabid gopher, you can talk with a real live person ROBOT that will tell you this is the 1st time such a thing has ever happened AND you'll get your refund in 3-5 days, after the 3-5 days passes, and you don't get your refund (cuz you won't), the robots tell you to wait 3-5 more days. At the end of that 3-5 days the robots act SUPER SHOCKED that you didn't get your refund so they'll escalate it for you (which means essentially nothing), oh yeah, and wait, (say it with me...) 3-5 days! Your only prayer of getting your money back is if you paid by credit card, and get your credit card company to reverse the charges or wait months and hope they don't go completely bankrupt before you get your money. There's always the art of shaming. You heard of pet shaming? It's the same thing only you do it to a greedy, faceless corporation! Don't believe me, do a search on "kmart won't give me my refund" or visit Sears and Kmarts facebook pages, people are pisssssssed! So, BEWARE KMART!
