I ordered party favors & paid extra for express shipping. Received it late & refused it. This occurred in Oct & they stated they refund my money when they receive my return shipment. I haven't received a dime & all the supervisors response via email is "We haven't received it". Like really? Nearly 3months later? They beat me for my money but I gaurantee that the Lord, my Lord Jesus will repay them within time. I'm not the only one, apparently this is a common complaint from poor unsuspecting customers.
