I will say: the one dress I ordered is actually really lovely. It's how I imagined it.
I would advise against purchasing the really cheap, like $10 tiny dresses, but some of the others are nice.
On the other hand, their ordering system is weird and nerve-wracking. I ordered two dresses a month ago. One arrived in three weeks (loved it, got multiple compliments). The other didn't arrive at all. Sent them a message after a week and they said it isn't in stock and they'll ship it when it is?
Although this is understandable, I guess, A) it shouldn't still be listed on your site then -- I just checked, it isn't listed as out of stock in my size -- and B) you should give some notice when the first dress is sent out. Especially because a lack of notice led me to Google these reviews... which I otherwise would not have seen.
Giving a 3 on the assumption that they will follow through with the second dress.
Edit: It's coming in August. I don't disbelieve that people had better customer experiences, but they consistently responded to me within 12 hours and responded well (sometimes Chinese dealers leave something to be desired in terms of translation :p) . So I can't say it's been bad!
