Although I have purchased from their site. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. The whole referral credit is bs also. I have referred 3 sibling but bc their credit card has the same billing address they refuse to credit me, other sites did not have an issue with this. Instead they were arguing with me and being very rude.

I'm so sorry for any confusion. Whenever a friend joins through your invitation and makes a purchase for the first time, your ideeli account will be credited with a referral bonus. To prevent fraud, our system does flag referral credits to users with the same billing address. However, I'd be happy to investigate this and see how I can help.
