We received an email from rosewholesale stating the package shipped the very next day from when the order was placed. That was two weeks ago. On the website, it shows a picture of a package on the hipping scale and it shows a tracking number for DHL which when tracked, gives no information on either DHL or USPS sites. I sent a customer service ticket to rosewholesale to update us on the shipment. Also, I have contacted DHL via phone to track the package and they state that they have not received the package as of yet. I then Googled to find a phone number for them and when I called, it rang and was picked up. I could hear voices in the background and after a couple of minutes, it disconnected. When I tried to call again, it was a busy signal. I've now been calling over and over and it rings three or four times and goes to a busy signal. I don't think I'll be using this site to do anymore purchases. It is an unreliable company.
If I hear back from my service ticket and/or get a tracking update on it via DHL or USPS, I will come back to this site and update my negative review.
