I've bought a couple of deals from here before, and they all seemed to work just fine.
They were however, all for services in Calgary establishments that I did my research on before buying the coupon.
The issue seems to lie when you purchase a deal for a product they have to ship to you. I ordered a couple of lacey tank tops on June 4 and I still have not received them, or even received a shipment confirmation. Over a month for processing seems a little absurd considering they charged my credit card the day of the purchase!
I called and email their customer service line in vain several times! When they say leave a message, I did every time and never heard back.
The service level is obviously poor and you need to do your research before buying services for places you're not familiar with.
I called again today just because and was taken aback when someone actually answered on the other line. I don't know where they find these people to work for them, but they all seem like air heads with no social and customer service skills. She told me her system was slow and that she couldn't look up my order, but that the supplier was in charge of shipping those items and had sent them last week a list of orders they had already shipped. She was able to find my name and address on that list, and said I should be expecting the items by the end of the week.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that I'll actually receive the items, but I'm not too impressed it took them that long to ship it. The delivery terms should be posted on the deals.
Also, if you're gonna have a a customer support line, SOMEONE NEEDS TO PICK UP THE PHONE! If you're gonna ask that customers leave a message and they will return your call shortly, then DO! It's very frustrating to email several times in four weeks and never hear back, call and leave several messages and never get a call back!
