I had shopped at an Ebates participating store, and I activated my Ebates account, and didn't receive credit for shopping with that store for some reason. I contacted Ebates, and the Customer Service Representative (John) made sure I received the proper rebate once I provided him with the information that was needed. I am so happy to be a part of a company that cares for their customers like Ebates does, and I will continue to refer friends and family to Ebates.
