I had an overpriced WW account for two years, never got a single customer through the platform despite having posted videos, pictures, made a storefront, had top reviews, etc. Just wasted a lot of my precious time continuing to feed content into a self-feeding platform not made for businesses or customers but just made to make their own money on membership and ads... oh, and on clicks because my excellent reviews are still on their website despite having closed down my business!

However, regardless of an account's status, we are unable to remove any reviews from the WeddingWire platform. The client who writes the review is the 'publisher' and, as such, has full editorial rights over his/her review.
