They're wearing me out. Three times I have called with concerns about my reservation. Obviously the call center in NOT in the US. I've resorted to the chat feature. I am so done with cheapoair. Accurately named, and you get what you (don't) pay for

Marie, customer had questions about baggage details, it was advised where to look for the information on our website, as well as you can check directly on the airline site you are flying with. Later she obtained the information she was looking for.
