Banggood reply to my previous rating was only artificial, they did not do anything to help and solve the issue. On the contrary they kept sending a track number to confuse, without stating that the item was never delivered since they did not pay the custom fees. Besides being weeks delayed Banggood were expecting the client to pay for the custom fees which they failed to pay. To get my money back I had to ask Pay Pal intervention who recognised Banggood at fault and I got full refund.
Do not use them, terrible service with terrible /no customer assistance.
