I don't think it was clear that this was an automatic renewal on this site. I was unable to cancel online and now have a second charge on my account. I called customer service. What a joke. Evidently the customer service representatives don't speak english so that you will just give up.

We explain that the subscription is auto-renewing, underneath the description of the subscription in bullet form, as well as in the confirmation email you receive once you subscribe. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.
