Theyl promised to refund my money of only 200.00 Lay away fee, they say it went against policy but i see no policy rules, after my mom passed but never got it filed a complaint with BBb but nothing happened, they also seem to false advertise the product, the mojo is pictured but I notice the trike is different else were,, and very high priced. They charge shipping when other offer free and the final

Our order cancellation policy is as follows:

8. Order Cancellation Policy: Typically orders cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation to an order will automatically incur 30% restocking/cancellation fee plus any shipping charges incurred. Please call ahead of time before canceling. If your order has been sent, you will be charged all of the freight costs. If for any reason, during the processing of your order, the unit you originally purchased goes out of stock, we will replace the unit with an item of equal or greater value. Stock status cannot be used as a reason for an order cancellation. If there is any reimbursement or funds due as a result of an order cancellation, order change, upgrade or exchange for any reason the funds will be converted to in store credit only with no exceptions. Please note: layaway payments are NON REFUNDABLE. Any cancellation of a layaway will result in a store credit towards any purchase of equal or greater value.
