Hello I've order a dress from nastydress.com, on 29th August 2015... We are now on the 29th November 2015, it has been 3 months... I still didn't receive anything, the only thing I received was the email of the company when I purchase the dress and when I log into the website I can see the purchase history, the dress I've ordered it still says "shipping out", however I checked my bank stament and they have took the payment out, I have no idea what to do I never had this issue before It was my first time purchasing a dress from that website, how do I get in touch with a manager? I'm sure it doesn't take 3 moths to ship out a dress... does it? Please help?
