When I placed my order I was never given any email confirmation of my purchase 5 days after the fact. I used their "live chat" feature to bring this to their attention. The person on the other end of the chat was not an english speaker, which is fine, but not when you are trying to communicate a problem in writing as it was hard to be clear about what she was trying to say. She said she would forward the confirmation e-mail to me. The email I got was not an official receipt in any regard. It was clearly something she had just typed up herself and it was full of typing errors. It didnt confirm my price, the date it was ordered or any official information.
My extensions ended up taking double the time promised to me, and I was never given confirmation of shipment or a tracking # the ENTIRE time. When I contacted them again they apologized and said they would "rush" my shipment free of charge. Well, they rushed my shipment and it did get to me, except I had to pay the extra 20$ myself through fedex for this upgrade.
The blonde "human" hair I received was mixed with synthetic dark hair. It looked great for the first couple of days but quickly dried out and fried within the week - when normally I only need to replace extensions after at least 6-7 months. Also the hair was not sewn very well to the clips and started to pull off very quickly.
TERRIBLE customer service and it is much better to pay a little bit more for a good product. I now order from Luxy Hair. SUCH a headache.
