This is the worst company ever. I created an account and purchased 6 items right away. They never sent me a password so I could track my order. If I read the reviews first, I would never do business with those stupid and cheaters. Ii spent more than one month sending email for them to provide a password for me, Pearl always replied that s/he would ask a colleague to reset the password for me, which has never been done. When I finally received the package, few items were missing and the items received were not similar with the pictures they have in the website. This is robbery and Rosegal's owner should be sued and judge for stealing people's money.

We are very pleased to report that we have spoken with this customer and offered an apology and consideration for his inconvenience. The manufacturer actually had a listing/description error.
We are also upset at the customer's dissatisfaction and want to ensure they are perfectly satisfied with their experience. We need to identify where the disconnect was so we may prevent it from happening again.
We will be in touch with the customer to personally apologize and offer special consideration for what was clearly an unacceptable level of service. We can and will do better in the future.
