I ordered a necklace from opensky in very early March. Was notified that their vendor did not have the item in stock and waited another few weeks before the shipping confirmation arrived via email. I checked the shipping info, only to find out that the item had been shipped to CA. I'm in MA! I have tried to get a refund, but Opensky keeps putting me off claiming they have to confirm with the vendor that the product was actually shipped to CA Seriously, Opensky? Give me back my money as I've requested 2 times now. Never again will I order anything from this company.
