I specifically listed "Contract/1099" in my search criteria with "remote" work options, but flexjobs consistently listed W-2 jobs with travel required. I can find a M-th traveling W-2 job anywhere as I've got at least half a dozen recruiters calling me monthly. I didn't need to pay the fiftysomething dollar annual subscription for those listings. They are all over the place on monster.com, glassdoor, etc.
Dear Marcus,
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry if our search functionality wasn't performing the way it should. We have, and continually are, always trying to make improvements. I encourage you to try our Advanced Job Search Options page (http://www.flexjobs.com/searchOptions.aspx), and select both Job Type "freelance" and Telecommuting Level as appropriate.
Also, if you were not satisfied, I encourage you to email (feedback at flexjobs dot com) or call our client services (866-991-9222) and request a refund.
Best regards.
