I ordered a prescription 2 weeks ago. They said they had to confirm the prescription with my doctor. Can you imagine, they claim they have not been able to reach him for 2 weeks? The doctor returns all my calls within 2 hours. I have called over there 4 times already, each time they say it is my doctors fault, not theirs.
This has to be the worst customer service ever. They are not selling books or CD's. They are selling medicine. If someone has a prescription for medication, the company should do whatever they have to in order to fill the prescription. If they can't reach the doctor the first time, they have to try again and again, until they reach him. They need to take this more seriously.
Can anyone tell me who licenses a company like this?
