I used vivacolombia.co for my upcoming flight from Medellin to Cartagena. The price didn't change when switching from Spanish to English on the menu. The site was easy to use, has a good layout and allows you to add or subtract add-ons prior to purchase.
I was looking for a cheap yet decent Android phone for my trip to Colombia and found it on walmart.com. I had it shipped to the store and the total was about $50.
I needed an affordable laptop and ended up buying and ACER Aspire refurb on BestBuy.com and had it shipped to my house.
Overall, happy with the purchase over four years later.
I have used Booking.com before but felt I should give them a good review since it is a really good site. I needed to book a budget room in Cartagena, Colombia near a convention I will be attending. I tried other methods with no luck. Booking.com turned out to have a good room at a great price and I didn't get charged to make the reservation. Two thumbs up.
I actually used Wego.com to find the ticket with faregeek.com. A friend of mine recommended Wego.com so I tried it and found a great ticket one-way from ORD (Chicago O'Hare) - BKK (Bangkok Suvarnabhumi) for $688 on Cathay Pacific! Within 9 hours I received a "Ticketed" confirmation email from Wego on behalf of faregeek.com. I'm totally happy about this choice as I was a bit skeptical from all of the poor reviews. Give it a try, it worked for me.
Tip for consumers: use Wego.com which will link you to faregeek.com.
