“THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY DISAPPEAR”

I ordered a Cubot X-15 on 22/09/2015, paid immediately with pay-pal but it is still processing even if they say that it takes 3-5 days to ship the item. Three days ago I submitted two tickets enquiring about my order, sent an email to the email address of the customer service I found on Pay-pal, no replies so far (and they say they reply in 24hrs!). Submitted an enquiry also on the product page on everbuying website but they don't even post it! Seems like they post only the questions they like. I rose a dispute on pay-pal, let see if they give me my money back at least
